WARSAW — At approximately 2:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28, Warsaw Fire, the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department and Lutheran EMS responded to a one-vehicle accident at 2300 S. SR 25, Warsaw.

The driver exited the roadway and hit a tree.

Two individuals were transported by Lutheran EMS for minor injuries.

SR 25 is backed up due to the accident.
