Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

1:46 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, 233 W. Market St., Warsaw. Driver: Susan M. Beaverson, 60, Anchorage Road, Warsaw. As Beaverson was backing out of the parking lot, she failed to see an individual walking behind her vehicle and hit them. The individual who was hit suffered from a scrape but refused treatment. Damages under $750.

2:28 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Drivers: Nathan G. Hughes, 28, Ridge Hill, Fort Wayne, and Larry E. Stanley, 75, Allison Circuit, Valparaiso. Hughes rear-ended Stanley. Damages up to $5,000.
