Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 3:38 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26, 700 block of Anchorage Point Drive, Warsaw. Nancy Zinz reported theft of a purse.
• 7:44 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26, 3800 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Rose Mary Galbraith reported a phone was either lost or stolen at Hacienda.
