The following accidents were investigated the Warsaw Police Department:

10:50 a.m. Monday, Oct. 17, 2501 Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Driver: Barbara E. Shanes, 71, North Colfax Street, Warsaw. As Shanes was pulling into a parking space at Walmart, she sideswiped an unoccupied, parked vehicle. Damages up to $1,000.

4:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 17, 2233 E. Center St., Warsaw. Driver: James E. Meyer, 55, North Humpty Dumpty Drive, Cromwell. As Meyer was backing out of a parking space, he backed into an unoccupied, parked vehicle. Damages up to $5,000.

7:13 p.m. Monday, Oct. 17, West Lake Street and North Zimmer Road, Warsaw. Driver Alger Jackson, 92, West Old Road 30, Warsaw. As Jackson was traveling westbound, he struck a street sign and continued over the curb. He then struck a fog line curb and came to rest off the roadway. Damages up to $5,000.
