Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

11:05 a.m. Friday, Oct. 14, West Main Street and North Lake Street, Warsaw. Driver: Samantha D. Jensen, 21, East Porthcawl Road, Winona Lake. Jensen backed out of her parking space and hit an unoccupied parked vehicle. Damages up to $1,000.
