WARSAW — East Main Street from Colfax Street to Reed Street will be closed and have no parking in effect from noon on Friday, Oct. 14 until 8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 15.

During this closure, Phend and Brown will be applying a fabric with tar substance to the roadway.  Vehicles should not drive on the fabric. Once the fabric has been applied, it will be covered by hot mix asphalt which will begin on Saturday morning.
