Nicholas Reed Colquitt, 18, 105 EMS T26B Lane, Leesburg, is being charged with four counts of child molesting, all level 3 felonies. These charges are in addition to his Oct. 5 charge of sexual conduct with a minor at least 14 years old but younger than 16 years old, a level 5 felony.

On Oct. 4, the victim’s father told a Kosciusko County Sheriff that Colquitt had sex with his daughter. The officer then spoke with the victim who advised she met Colquitt while he was working as a lifeguard at Tippecanoe Country Club.

In August, the victim admitted to staying home from school. In the afternoon Colquitt picked her up from her house and took her to his Leesburg residence. The two attempted sexual intercourse, but after it hurt had oral sex instead.

Two weeks later in September, the victim admitted to sneaking out of her house to meet Colquitt. Together they drove to a wooded area to have sexual intercourse. The same incident occurred one week later and again on Sept. 28.

The victim also provided a recorded conversation between herself and Colquitt. During the conversation the victim asked about the condoms found at his house during the original charges and investigation. Colquitt advised that the condoms found were from the other girl and that the condoms they used had been thrown away.

Colquitt is being held in the Kosciusko County Jail from his original sexual misconduct charge. His bond has increased to $25,250 with the new charges.
