WARSAW —Warsaw Fire, Lutheran EMS, the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department and Warsaw Police are responding to a two vehicle accident at the intersection of Eastlake Drive and Center Street, Warsaw.

One woman had to be extricated from a vehicle.

A Lutheran helicopter has been called to the scene to transport one individual.
