Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 8:50 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 9, 3000 block Old Colony Road, Warsaw. A battery in the presence of a child under 16 was reported.
• 9:15 p.m .Sunday, Oct. 9, 2600 block of East Patterson Road, Warsaw. A female reported a battery the resulted in moderate bodily injury.
• 5:09 p.m. Monday, Oct. 10, 2000 block Vixen Lane, Warsaw. Richard Harrold reported the theft of his recycling bin.
• 5:34 p.m. Monday Oct. 10, 600 block of North Union Street, Warsaw. A female reported a battery.
• 6:08 p.m. Monday Oct. 10, 800 block of East Smith Street, Warsaw. A male reported an intimidation, threat to his life.
• 8:05 p.m. Monday, Oct. 10, 600 block of North Union Street, Warsaw. A female reported a battery.
