Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

2:54 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7, South Buffalo Street and West Prairie Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Justin B. Rogers, 21, North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake, and Holly M. Huff, 30, Laurelwood Drive, Warsaw. Rogers experienced brake failure and collided with Huff’s vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.
