• Milford Scoops, 103 S. Higbee St., Warsaw, received one critical violation: bare-hand contact.
• Lucky’s Tavern, 560 S. Main St., North Webster, received one critical violation: not wearing gloves, and one non-critical violation.
• Speedway, 2125 North SR 13, Pierceton, received one non-critical violation.
• Penguin Point, 1115 W. Lake St., Warsaw, received two non-critical violations.
