Kosciusko

Officials with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

6:54 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 29, South SR 15 and West Union Street, Warsaw. Driver: Ryan J. Sparks, 30, North Shagbark Drive, Warsaw. Sparks was attempting to pass a semi when he realized he would be unable to due to traffic. He then  slammed on his brakes. As he attempted to get back into his lane, he lost control and ran off the road. Damages up to $5,000.
