Ann Skaggs- Percey, 71, Albion, passed away Sept. 23, 2016 at the Northridge Village in Albion.

She was born Oct. 13, 1944 in Arkansas to Walt & Dorothy Tompkins. Ann lived in the Albion area the last 12 years coming from Cromwell.

She is survived by her three sons: Joe (Valerie) Skaggs, Cromwell; David Skaggs of Wawaka; and Kenny (Rachel) Skaggs, Rome City; two daughters: Lori (Jeff) Lash, LaGrange; and Karen Williams; Warsaw. Eighteen grandchildren, and 30 great grandchildren and one sister, Barbara Tompkins.

She was preceded by two brothers and her granddaughter.

Services will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2016 at the Eastlund Funeral Home with calling two hours prior from 4-6.
