These establishments received the following violations:

• Wendy’s, 3354 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Received one non-critical violation.
• Wilby’s, 1200 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Receive one critical violation: ice machine.
• Epworth Forest Conference Center, 6512 N. 10th Trail, North Webster. Received one critical violation: food storage.
• Maria’s House of Pancakes, 104 Easterbrook Drive, North Webster. Received four critical violations, four non-critical violations and one repeat violation: cross-contamination, temperatures, no date-marking and improper hand sink use.
• Stimulator’s, 114 E. Washington St., North Webster. Received one non-critical violation.
• Peterson’s Fish, 1000 S. Huntington, St., Syracuse. Received  one critical violation: food storage.
• New Market, 3065 S. Main St., North Webster. Received two critical violations: temperatures and cross-contamination.
• Pizza Hut, 1112 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Received one critical violation: temperatures.
• All Seasons Restaurant, 1400 W. Center St., Warsaw. Received one critical violation and one non-critical violation: temperatures.
• Pizza King, 719 N. Huntington St., Syracuse. Received two non-critical violations.
• Penguin Point, 200 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Received one critical and on non-critical violation: temperatures.
