• 12:00 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 15, 300 block of North Huntington Street, Syracuse. Katherine E. Longenecker reported a fraud.
• 6:17 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 15, 400 block of North Dolan Drive, Syracuse. Arika Lea Hall reported a stolen bicycle.
