MARION — HeartSong Show Chorus invites any woman who is looking for an outlet for their singing talents or who loves to sing to come to a guest night from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Sept. 12, 19 or 26 to get the experience of being a member of the chorus.  Plan on coming at 6:15 p.m. to meet the director and other members and to get a music packet for the evening.

Musical experience is helpful but not necessary and girls and women ages 12 and up are welcome.

HeartSong is part of Sweet Adelines International, a worldwide organization of women singers who meet regularly to rehearse, socialize, perform and sing a cappella music, barbershop style. There are many training and educational opportunities as well as performance and entertainment possibilities with the chorus.

HeartSong meets at the Church of the Brethren, 2302 S. Geneva Ave., Marion.
