BOURBON — The Bourbon Police Department is hosting a basic handgun safety class from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday Sept. 17. Residents that are interested can pick up an information packet at the town clerks office, 104 E. Park Ave.

Participants must be at least 18 years old and have an Indiana handgun license. Class seating is limited.
