Evalee Signs, 79, North Manchester died Aug. 12, 2016.

She was born Oct. 11, 1936, to Charles and Goldie Allen Shepherd. On April 26, 1960, she married Frank Signs Jr., who died Sept. 24, 1998.

SErvices will be at 1 p.m. Monday at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester with J.P. Freeman officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant HIll Cemetery, North Manchester. Calling is from noon to 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
