Infant Oliver Ira Fitz Artist, 10 days old, Plymouth, passed away at 12:23 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 20, 2016 at IU Health Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.

He was born on Aug. 10, 2016 at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis to Matthew and Courtney Artist. He will be sadly missed.

Survivors include his parents: Matthew D. and Courtney L. Fitz Artist, Plymouth; Gemma L. Artist, Plymouth; Wynona Minix Fitz, Winimac; and Ira Artist, Culver.

He was preceded in death by John Fitz; Gloria Artist and Reagan Elizabeth June Artist, an infant sister.

Graveside Services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, Aug. 26, at Winamac Cemetery, Winamac.

Burial will take place following services at Winamac Cemetery.

Memorial Contributions may be given to the funeral home to help the family with funeral expenses.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Frain Mortuary, Winamac, IN.
