LARWILL — The deadline to file for candidacy on the Whitko Community Schools Board of Trustees is rapidly approaching.

Districts up for election in November include districts one and two, both in Kosciusko County. Those interested in seeking a seat on the Whitko school board have until Friday, Aug. 26, to file with the Kosciusko County Clerk’s office.

The following districts will be up for election in November:

• District one — Candidates must be from Monroe and Washington Townships, Kosciusko County
• District two — Candidates must be from Richland Township, Whitley County, and Jackson Township, Kosciusko County
• District three — Candidates must be from Cleveland Township, Whitley County
