Boys Soccer

The Whitko boys soccer team took a loss Saturday evening. Lakeland Christian Academy bested the Wildcats 3-0. The Cougars scored on a penalty kick in the first half and added two more goals in the second. Nicholas Sanger had 18 saves for the ‘Cats.

LCA (2-1) hosts Behtany Christian on Thursday. Whitko (0-3) plays at Peru on Monday.

Girls Soccer

The Whitko girls soccer team suffered a similar fate as they lost 3-0 to West Noble. Whitko managed 13 shots but was unable to get a goal. Stephanie Baughman had eight saves for Whitko.

The Wildcats (0-2) host LaVille on Monday.
