SOUTH WHITLEY — The Whitko girls golf team was able to field four of its players for the first time this season in a match against Southern Wells Tuesday night. Whitko shot a 249 but was bested by the Raiders 209.

Claire Reiff led Whitko with a 53 while Holly Hathaway had a 59. No scores were reported for Alexys Rider or Bailey Wright. Rachel Harvey earned medalist honors for Southern Wells with a round of 40.

Whitko is back in action Wednesday night at South Shore Golf Club in Syracuse against Wawasee and West Noble.
