Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

10:48 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3, East Armstrong Road and North CR 475E, Warsaw. Drivers: John L. Garrett, 49, North Lake Street, Syracuse, and Jeffrey C. Hamman, 64, North CR 450E, Leesburg. As Hamman was turning his vehicle south onto CR 475E, Garrett’s vehicle struck it in the rear driver’s side. Officers cited Garrett for driving while suspended. Damage up to $10,000.
