NORTH WEBSTER — Indiana Conservation Officers are actively searching Webster Lake for a male subject that was last seen approximately 200 yard from shore.

A witness stated that they observed a man bobbing up and down in distress as they drove by. He then disappeared beneath the water without surfacing. No one has been reported missing at this time. Indiana Conservation Officers, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, along with several fire rescue agencies are continuing to search the Lake.

Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating the incident and will release additional information as this case unfolds.
