Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

3:41 p.m. Friday, July 29, at South High Street near East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Drivers: Rodney W. Dean, 58, Fort Wayne Ave., Warsaw, and Glen E. Ruch, Westwood Road, Winona Lake. Dean pulled out in front of Ruch, as Dean was trying to cross an intersection. Damage up to $5,000
