WARSAW – With football just around the corner, the Warsaw Community High School athletic department has issued a few details for the upcoming preseason scrimmage against Tippecanoe Valley.

Warsaw Tiger Football will host a one-day camp for students entering grades 3-8 on the newly finished turf field at the Tiger Athletic Complex. Camp registration begins at 4:30 p.m. at the ticket gate, the camp beginning at 5 p.m. There is a $10 fee for the camp, which includes the camper and their entire family to the camp and the scrimmage later in the evening.

The camp is expected to run from 5-6 p.m. and campers are asked to wear shorts and a T-shirt, and wear either tennis shoes or traditional football cleats. The camp will be directed by WCHS football coaches and players.

Following the camp, the high school squads from Warsaw and Tippecanoe Valley will take the field for a 7 p.m. scrimmage.
