UPDATE: Police Chase, Possible Shots Fired in North Webster

UPDATE: Eyewitness Allan Buck, heard six or seven gunshots and saw the pickup truck driving south at a high rate of speed. The driver tried to make a U-turn when the Kosciusko County Sheriff spun the vehicle out to rest in front of Link Accounting at 405 S Main St, North Webster, IN 46555.

Other eyewitnesses report the driver of the pickup fired at police first. Shots were returned with both the driver and one officer suffering gunshot wounds.

8:29pm UPDATE: Witnesses have stated the event may have began as a road-rage induced shooting.

North Webster – According to numerous reports from witnesses at the scene, a police chase has ended with as many as seven gunshots being fired.  A green pickup truck is pictured with damage to the front end.
