6:43 a.m. Thursday, July 21, at North SR 13 and West Crystal Flash Road, North Webster. Drivers: Robert M. Newhouse, 27, Violet Court, Fort Wayne, and Dewayne A. Watson, 55, East Center Street, Sidney. Newhouse attempted to drive around Watson, but struck his vehicle. Damage up to $25,000.
