Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 10:59 p.m. Monday, July 18, 300 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw. Shamra Leigh Shepherd reported a domestic battery.
• 5:07 p.m. Monday, July 18, 600 block of West Pike Street, Warsaw. Angela Sue Boyd reported a theft of medication from her home.
