Jesse D. Hurley, 56, Warsaw, passed away at 1:45 p.m. Monday, July 11, 2016, in his residence. He was born on March 30, 1960, to Etsel Hurley and Genelle (Allen) Coble in Albion, Mich. He was united in marriage on March 3, 2000, to Felecia L. Bailey in Mattoon, Ill.
He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving six years in the Infantry. He was a mechanic, contractor and worked for Ranger Materials, sealing blacktop.
Jesse is survived by his wife: Felecia Hurley, Warsaw; his children: Jeremy Hurley; Joseph; and Alexander Hurley, both of Warsaw; brothers: Pete Hurley, Syracuse; James Hurley, California; and Robert Hurley; a sister: Lorna Beverly, Warsaw; and ten grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his mother and father; two sons: Brandon; and Conner Hurley; and one brother: Jeff Hurley.
A funeral service will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, July 14, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Mike Kelly officiating. There will be Military Honors by the American Legion Post #49, VFW Post#1126 and the Indiana Funeral Honor Guard following the service at the funeral chapel. Visitation will be also held from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, July 14, at the funeral chapel.
