WARSAW —One person was transported by EMS to Kosciusko County Hospital on Wednesday, July 6, after her black, Toyota RG4 left the road, rolling several times, before coming to a stop at the tree line of a wooded area on West Lake Street, Warsaw.

Stephanie Hardt, 69, South SR 25, Warsaw, was attempting to pass Charles E. Stone, 76, Oriole Drive, Warsaw, using the “left only” turn lane. After Hardt passed Stone, she merged her vehicle back into the correct lane of travel in front of Stone, but her vehicle struck Stone’s causing her to leave the road and roll her Toyota.

Hardt was transported to by EMS with complaints of pain to her chest and ribs.

Damage from the accident is estimated to $25,000.
