WARSAW — Logan Scott House, 21, 1570 E. CR 300N, Warsaw, has been arrested on one count of residential entry, a level 6 felony, and one count of criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor.

An affidavit of probable cause states that Wednesday, June 1, officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department responded to a complaint of criminal mischief. He spoke with a female who told him her ex boyfriend, Logan Scott House, had thrown a volleyball-sized rock into her 2007 Ford, denting it.

Officers spoke again with the female Wednesday, June 8, who told them House had followed her home and went into her home without her permission. House then allegedly exited the residence, called her a name and threw another rock at her vehicle.

Monday, June 13, officers spoke with House, who told them he had been drunk at the time of the incident and could not remember throwing the rock at the vehicle. He offered to pay for the damages. He also admitted to entering the home and finding a male inside and that it made him angry.

House was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on a $5,250 bond.
