WARSAW — The board of directors of Cardinal Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Randy Hall as the seventh CEO of Cardinal Services. Hall steps into the position most recently held by Jane Wear, who retires Friday, July 1.

Joining the company in 1988, for the past 20 years Hall has been corporate vice-president overseeing the programs and services offered by Cardinal.
