Oct. 21 — David Alan Shadd, 30, 300 Turkey Creek Drive, Milford, was booked for failure to pay. Bond: $280 cash.
Oct. 21 — Calvin Eugene Klumpp, 46, 7503 W. CR 900S, Claypool, was booked for misdemeanor failure to appear and theft. Bond: $650 cash.
Oct. 21 — David Lee Goad, 29, 1324 Lexington Drive, Winona Lake, was booked for operating while intoxicated, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, dealing a controlled 1, 2 and 3 substance, misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $5,250 surety and cash.
Oct. 20 — Austin Ray Dancy, 29, 212 The Willows, Goshen, was booked for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450 cash.
