Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

• 4:03 p.m. Tuesday, June 28, 100 block of East EMS B37 Lane, Warsaw. Pamela K. Barnett reported a fraud.
• 5:11 p.m. Tuesday, June 28, 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. Braxton Douglas Sechrist reported a theft of a cell phone.
