Grant Stephen Kinsey passed away unexpectedly in his Warsaw Indiana home Friday, June 24, 2016 at 8:14 a.m.  He was 32.

Grant was born to Bruce L and Kathy (Freeman) Kinsey March 6, 1984 in Warsaw.  He was a lifetime Warsaw resident.

He was a 2002 graduate of Warsaw Community High School.  He went on to earn a Bachelor Degree from IPFW where he was on the Dean’s List.

Grant enjoyed spending time with his family; but most of all he was the very proud daddy of his son, Jonah, who was Grant’s whole world.

In addition to Jonah, Grant is survived by his mother, Kathy Kinsey, Warsaw; 2 brothers: Curtis (Erin Begue, fiancée) Kinsey of Fort Wayne and Craig Kinsey of Sheboygan, Wisconsin; sister: Brittney Kinsey of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina; and his niece: Emily Kinsey of Fort Wayne.

Grant’s father, Bruce Kinsey, preceded him in passing on June 14, 2008 as did his brother, Brent Kinsey on February 11, 1980.

A graveside service celebrating Grant’s life will be held Wednesday, June 29 beginning at 1 p.m. in Oakwood Cemetery. Pastor Stephen Hill will officiate.
