NORTHERN INDIANA — Yesterday’s storms may have blown over, but that does not mean Kosciusko County and the surrounding area is in the clear just yet.

The National Weather Service is predicting more severe weather moving into Kosciusko County and the surrounding area tomorrow, Wednesday, June 22. While the risk is classified as “moderate,” NOAA’s Storm Prediction Center lists large hail, heavy rainfall and even isolated, weak tornadoes as possibilities from these storms.

The storms are expected to move in by late afternoon, lasting into the evening. The NWS has issued a hazardous weather outlook for tomorrow. Despite the risks for tomorrow, there is no severe weather predicted for today, Tuesday, June 21.

Preparedness information is also available at the Kosciusko County Emergency Management website.
