KOSCIUSKO — Police have arrested a Warsaw resident on preliminary charges of dealing methamphetamine, a level 4 felony and possession of meth, a level 6 felony.

Charges were filed June 13, against Jack Reice Bryer, 24, 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw. According to court documents around May 9, Bryer sold around 1 gram of meth, worth $120, to an individual who met with him in a vehicle at a local department store.

Bryer is being held on a $10,250 surety and cash bond.
