KOSCIUSKO — Police have arrested a North Webster resident on preliminary charges of dealing methamphetamine, a level 4 felony and possession of meth, a level 6 felony.

Charges were filed June 13, against Bradley R. Searfoss, 37, 325 E Madison St., North Webster. According to court documents around May 9, Searfross sold 2 grams of meth, worth $240, to an individual who met with him in a vehicle at a local department store.

Searfoss is being held on a $15,250 surety and cash bond.
