Theresa N. Grubbs, 84, Plymouth, passed away at 10:55 p.m. Wednesday, June 8, 2016 in the Plymouth – Miller’s Merry Manor.

Theresa was born in Scranton, Penn. on Dec. 16, 1931 to Vincent and Mary Angelina (Falvo) Fazio.

On Aug. 9, 1991 in Knox, Theresa married Gerald L. Grubbs; he preceded her in death on June 2, 2015.

Theresa graduated from Hammond High School in 1949. She was a home-maker and enjoyed reading and listening to music.

Theresa is survived by her sister: Esther Remec, Fishers; brother: Frank Fazio, Italy; and a niece: Pam Hollis, Fishers.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two brothers and one sister.

As per her request, no services will be held.
