ANDERSON — Traffic came to a stop Monday evening, June 6, in Anderson after a man was spotted running around naked.

Witnesses say he was jumping in and out of traffic, shouting, “I’m free! I’m free!”

This picture was taken near the intersection of 14th and Jackson.

Officers took the man to the hospital and were able to find his clothing, along with a lot of money.
