WARSAW — Kyle Bradford, 25, 1113 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, and who also is shown with an address of 8912 E. 500N, North Webster, was arrested early today, Friday, June 3, on charges of possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony, possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor, and probation violation stemming from an August 2014 charge of dealing methamphetamine. The possession of marijuana charge was enhanced to a class A misdemeanor due to a Feb. 23 drug conviction.

Court documents show during the first part of April Warsaw Police received information of illegal drugs being used and sold at the Pike Lake Apartment Complex. Police spoke with the apartment manager who reported she had received complaints from several residents about drug activity. She advised police who the apartment was rented to and what had been seen occurring.

Police conducted a surveillance of the residence and observed Daniel Holbrook, who had an active warrant, walk outside the apartment, but went back inside. Police went to the apartment, which was answered by the renter, who invited police inside. Holbrook was found lying on a bed, surrounded by three others, including Kyle Bradford and Aaron Case.

Holbrook was arrested on the warrant.

Bradford told police he had marijuana and rolling papers in his possession and gave police a sandwich bag containing a plant material and multiple 1 gram baggies. The baggies contained a piece of wet cotton that field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Bradford is being held on $10,000 surety and $500 cash bond.
