WARSAW — Home Care and Hospice has been named a 2016 Hospice Honors recipient by Deyta Analytics.

Hospice Honors is a prestigious program that recognizes hospices providing the highest level of quality of care as measured from the patient and caregiver’s point of view. Award recipients were identified by evaluating a hospice’s performance on a set of 24 quality indicator measures.

Hospice Honors is a landmark compilation of hospices that provide the best patient and caregiver experiences. “I am very proud of our employees for receiving this award since we were the only hospice agency in Kosciusko County to receive this honor,” said Rick Paczkowski, KHCH Administrator.

Kosciusko Home Care and Hospice is the only local hospice agency that has been serving local residents, neighbors, and friends for 40 years.
