WARSAW – The Blue Ribbon Distance Camp is set to run again this June.

The camp, sponsored by the Warsaw Community High School cross country programs, will take place Thursday, June 9, from 5-7:30 p.m. at the high school for boys and girls in fourth through eighth grade.

Drop-off and pick-up for the camp is at the WCHS Performing Arts Center. All attendees will receive a camp T-shirt, drinks and pizza following the camp.

Checks for $20 should be made payable to Warsaw Community High School.

The camp is to share the training, knowledge and athlete stories with upcoming runners to develop the joys of running. While the aim is to gear a career in high school running, the camp can facilitate the discipline and training it takes to be a successful runner in and out of school.

Campers will interact with camp counselors which include current and former WCHS runners and coaching staff.
