MILFORD — Jolene H Watson, 42, Stonewall Court, Nappanee, was flown to South Bend Memorial for unspecified injuries following a two-vehicle accident at 4:01 p.m. Monday, May 23. The accident was at West CR 1000N and North CR 425E, Milford.

Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Deputy Shawn Castillo reports Catherine A. Powell, 18, West CR 450N, Cromwell, was eastbound on CR 1000N in a 2008 Chevrolet truck. She stated she was at the stop sign and was not sure if she stopped or not, but turned right and struck the Watson driven 2013 Dodge Caravan. Watson told police she was northbound on CR 425W when the van was struck in the driver’s side doors.

Powell, a passenger and four passengers in the Watson vehicle were not injured.

Damage was estimated up to $10,000.

Milford Fire Department and Lutheran EMS and Air Ambulance responded to the scene.
