MILFORD — The driver of a white Dodge minivan was airlifted to South Bend Memorial Hospital by Lutheran Air Flight following a two-vehicle accident at CR 1000N an CR 425W. The accident occurred around 4 p.m. today, Monday, May 29.

According to information at the scene the driver of the minivan was northbound on CR 425W, when it was broadsided by a Chevrolet pick up truck heading eastbound. The driver of the truck reportedly disregarded the stop sign.

Four passengers in the van and a passenger in the truck were not injured.

Lutheran EMS, Milford Fire Department and Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department responded. A landing zone was set up in the parking lot of Mishler Funeral Home, CR 900N and SR 15, Milford.
