Leesburg Fire, Leesburg EMS and Plain Township Fire responded to an accident on State Road 15, north of 350 North around 5:35 p.m. on Tuesday, May 17.

One passenger originally complained of rib pain but was not transported. Officers on scene state that the accident was the result of a chain reaction.
