WARSAW – Warsaw’s football standout Caleb Moore stepped up to the challenge on the gridiron for coach Phil Jensen’s Tigers, as the offensive lineman adjusted to various roles and schemes, and the senior lineman looks to use this versatility to play a role with the Trine University football program.
Moore, who primarily played guard, also spent time at tackle and center occasionally, and his efforts, results, and his team-first approach resulted in the awarding of one of the Tiger Pride Awards at the conclusion of the season.
Moore also played a variety of roles off the football field impacting the school and community. A member of the Tiger Student Athletic Board, Boore worked with Feed My Starving Children, the Warsaw Flag Football League, and the Race For Trace.
Moore also made a tremendous impact in the classroom where he earned a 10.13 Grade-Point-Average on a 12-point scale, and he intends to study Civil Engineering while playing for coach Troy Abs and the Thunder. Trine, an NCAA-III program, competes in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
