SYRACUSE — The Eleventh Annual Academic Super Bowl Recognition Banquet, hosted by the Syracuse Lions Club, was held May 11 at the Syracuse Community Center.  Students, their parents, and coaches were recognized by Syracuse Lions and school administrators for their efforts throughout the school year and their achievements at competitions this spring.   

At the NLC Competition the school received a 3rd place finish overall.  In Regional Competition, all teams placed 2nd in Class 2 and the Social Studies Team qualified for state competition.  At the State Competition May 7 at Purdue University, the Social Studies Team earned a 3rd place finish.
