Officers with the Pierceton Police Department investigated the following accident:

3:53 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, East US 30 and South SR 13, Pierceton. Drivers: Daniel R. Norman, 64, North Carlyle Street, Columbia City, and Jerry A. Carter, 54, Spring Street, St. Clairsville, Ohio. At the traffic light, Norman’s vehicle rear-ended a vehicle towed behind Carter’s vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.
